Author of Culture Your Life, Kefir and Kombucha for Everyday Nourishment, Louise has been promoting the use of fermented products for maximising whole body health for years.

Bacteria is often looked upon as a something we should avoid and even kill. Our Microbiotic buddies are in fact vital to the function of our whole body.
